Engineering Physics Lectures
This course is designed with the combined effort of Ramanujan Research Institute and Scienceteen Education Private Ltd.
The instructor of this course is Dr Pooja Singh who is currently working as Assistant Professor in College of Technology & Engineering, Udaipur. Dr Singh completed her PhD from CSIR-National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi and thereafter joined Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi as a Post-Doctoral Fellow. Her research interests include Ferroelectrics, Semiconductor devices, metal-semiconductor junctions, Non-volatile memories, and strongly correlated systems.
She had published several articles in international journals such as J. Appl. Phys., Thin Solid films, J. Mater. Sci., J Alloys Compd., J. Magn. Magn. Mater., J Lumin. She has completed her post-graduation (MSc) from the Department of Physics & Astrophysics, University of Delhi. She had qualified national levels competitive exams such as GATE and CSIR-NET.
She worked in Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida where she taught B. Tech, BSc, and MSc courses viz. Solid State Physics, Thermal Physics, Statistical Mechanics & Engineering Physics.
